I heard that years ago. "Roll up your sleeves and make mistakes!" Another take on the same theme was posted on a banner that spanned the hallway at Infantry Hall at Fort Benning Georgia. It read "Lead, Follow, or Get the Hell Outta the way!" Both are good and come down to "Just Do It". Wait ... let me get my pen and write that one down. What? Someone else already has written it down?
