Seeing as we'd like to have some real-life get-togethers, I'd like to poll members to find out what days and times are best for each of you. Can you share your basic availability (days, times, etc.)? Hmmm...it varies and will change soon with Fall League Bowling season coming up (yes, I'm a bowling nerd)... but as of right now any weekday afternoon is best, and evenings are do-able.

Hi, Courtney. Thanks for replying! You mentioned weekdays and evenings. Would a Friday evening be do-able? Weekends are great for me, and Friday evenings lead into the weekend.

Soon I may be more available for weekday/night meetings. I'll have to see. But I'm pretty flexible.

Hi Julia. Sorry for the late reply! As of right now a Friday evening would be do-able for me. I'll have fewer weeknights free in a few weeks though so may be able to do some weekend times here and there when that happens.

I was a journalism major in college and would like to reconnect to writing. I think a writing group would be a great way to meet local writers and work on some projects I've been thinking about for awhile.

Weeknights are horrible for me. I've got an hour commute from work (on a good day) and my son has karate 2 nights a week. Weekends would be better for me...Saturday's in particular, or Sundays before 2 because my daughter has horse lessons.

I live in Cypress, Tx off of Mason Rd and 290 in Fairfield. Weekdays, Weeknights except Tuesday night, and Saturdays are good for me.
